Connect Kommo
Connect Kommo and put your records on the map.
Put your Kommo accounts, contacts and deals on the map so reps can see what's nearby and managers can see coverage at a glance.
1. Open Data Sources
In GeoMaps, open the menu in the top-right corner of the map and choose Data Sources. Add a new source and select Kommo to open its connection form.

2. Connect Kommo
Kommo connects with a secure sign-in, or with a long-lived token from a private integration in your own account. Connect as a Kommo administrator: other users only see part of the data.
- Click Connect Kommo, then Sign in with Kommo and approve the access GeoMaps asks for.
- Or use a token: in Kommo, open Settings → Integrations → Create integration, save it, and generate a long-lived token under Keys and scopes. In GeoMaps, enter your Kommo address (yourcompany.kommo.com) and paste the token, then click Connect with token.
- Choose the objects to import — Companies, Contacts and Leads.
Kommo keeps addresses in custom fields, so GeoMaps picks the field that holds them in your account. Contacts without their own address are placed at their company's location, and Leads at their company's (or main contact's).
3. Choose what to map
Pick the object(s) you want to plot and confirm which field holds the address (GeoMaps suggests one for you). Every record is geocoded and dropped on the map, then kept in sync on a schedule as your data changes.
Good to know
- Two-way sync: click the pencil next to a field in a marker popup to change it. The edit is saved in Kommo too and shows up in the data source's Logs.
- New records: right-click the map and choose Add marker to add a company or contact to Kommo.
- Sync: GeoMaps re-reads Kommo about once an hour. Kommo limits how often apps may re-read an account, so it doesn't sync more often.
- Kommo Lists (catalogs) and Customers aren't imported.
- Owners: to let each rep see only their own records, choose Responsible user as the owner field. See Managing who sees your data.
Troubleshooting
- Sign in with Kommo doesn't offer your account: connect with a long-lived token instead (see step 2).
- Records show user ids instead of names: only Kommo administrators can list users. Reconnect as an administrator.
- "The Kommo long-lived token was rejected (expired or revoked)": create a new token in your private integration (Settings → Integrations → your integration → Keys and scopes). Then open Data Sources, pick the Kommo source, click Connection and then Reconnect, and paste it.
- "The GeoMaps integration was disabled in Kommo": the integration was turned off in Kommo. Reconnect it from Data Sources → Connection → Reconnect.
Disconnect Kommo
Open Data Sources, pick the Kommo source and click Delete data source. Its lists are removed from GeoMaps; nothing is deleted in Kommo. To revoke access in Kommo too, turn off the GeoMaps integration (or delete your private integration) under Settings → Integrations.
