- You can filter text fields (contains, starts with, ends with, equals, is empty), numbers (greater than, less than, equals), dates (before, after, on), yes/no fields (is true, is false) and pick-lists — around twenty operators in total, matched to each field type.
- Can I combine multiple conditions?
- Yes. Conditions inside a group combine with AND or OR, and you can stack several groups to build more complex logic, such as "(A and B) or C".
- Do my filters stick around?
- Filters are saved with the list, so when you reopen the map your filtered view is exactly as you left it.
- Does filtering change the underlying data?
- No. Filtering only changes what's shown on the map — your records are untouched, and clearing the filter brings everything back.
