The 14-day free trial

Every GeoMaps workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't need a credit card, and nothing is charged unless someone chooses a plan.

What's included

Everything in GeoMaps, with these limits: 1,000 locations, 1 user, 25 stops per route, 10 AI map credits and 1,000 published-map loads. Published maps carry a small "Made with GeoMaps" badge. The days left are shown at the top of the map.

Workspaces created before 1 November 2026

Your 14-day trial starts the first time anyone uses the workspace on or after 1 November 2026, or on 31 December 2026, whichever comes first. Workspaces with a paid subscription aren't affected.

Choosing a plan during the trial

A workspace owner or admin can open Billing from the top-right menu and choose Pro or Enterprise at any time. Your plan starts the day you subscribe and you're charged then; any days left in your trial aren't carried over.

When the trial ends

• Owners and admins see a "Your free trial has ended" screen with Choose a plan. Subscribing brings everything back exactly as you left it.
• Members are asked to contact their workspace admin.
• Shared and published maps show "This map is unavailable" until someone subscribes.
• Syncs and the API pause until then too.
• The mobile app shows "This workspace isn't active". Plans are managed in GeoMaps on the web.

What happens to your data

Your maps, data and settings are kept for 60 days after the trial ends. Seven days before they're deleted, we email the workspace owner. Signing in doesn't postpone the deletion; choosing a plan does. Want a copy first? Reply to that email and we'll send you an export.
