Usage limits explained
Exactly what locations, geocodes, AI credits and map loads count.
Every plan includes a set of limits. Here's exactly what each one counts, so you can pick the right plan and avoid surprises.
Locations
The total number of records mapped at once, across all your data sources. Deleting records or disconnecting a source frees those locations back up.
Geocodes per month
Each new address that GeoMaps turns into map coordinates uses one geocode. Addresses you've already geocoded are cached and don't count again — so a synced source only spends geocodes on genuinely new or changed addresses.
AI credits
Each prompt to the AI map builder uses one credit. Generating a map and then refining it with a follow-up prompt uses one credit per request.
Map loads
Each time someone opens one of your published maps counts as a load. Editing in the app yourself doesn't count — only views of shared maps do.
Where to watch usage
The Billing page shows a live meter for each limit and the date your monthly counters reset. If you're regularly near a limit, upgrading raises all of them at once.
