Connect Dynamics 365
Connect Dynamics 365 and put your records on the map.
Put your Dynamics 365 accounts, contacts and deals on the map so reps can see what's nearby and managers can see coverage at a glance.
1. Open Data Sources
In GeoMaps, open the menu in the top-right corner of the map and choose Data Sources. Add a new source and select Dynamics 365 to open its connection form.

2. Connect Dynamics 365
Dynamics 365 connects with a secure Microsoft sign-in — there are no API keys to copy.
- Click Connect Dynamics 365 and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Approve the read access GeoMaps requests, then pick the environment to connect.
- Choose the tables to import — Accounts, Contacts and Appointments (meetings).
GeoMaps reads your Dataverse tables only; it never writes back to Dynamics. Accounts and Contacts are placed from their address fields, and Appointments from their location.

3. Choose what to map
Pick the object(s) you want to plot and confirm which field holds the address (GeoMaps suggests one for you). Every record is geocoded and dropped on the map, then kept in sync on a schedule as your data changes.
